Well Reply-To: is an internet standard, and is followed by most mailers. Mail-Followup-To: was an internet draft that never got adopted as a standard; mutt is still clinging to this even though no commonly used MUAs follow it. > (Probably some users configure their mailers to ignore such > headers.)
