Interesting concept.  I wonder if the local clocks changing to Daylight
really changes what is Greenwich >Mean< Time.

Well, I simply surfed over to greenwichmeantime.com and read up on GMT as
well as UT (UTC) and Z (zulu).  It certainly still seems to be awfully in
use.
