Glad you brought it to my attention. I had no idea there was a problem. Cox
Communications has, I believe, a standing policy against people serving
websites over personal connections, but you could still get away with it
before. Apparently they're now rejecting packets on port 80.

I've setup apache to run on port 8080. I can access the server from grex using
that port. So the URL is now:

http://www.kode187.net:8080/~kode187/mutt.octet.filter.pl.gz

Anyone who has trouble connecting, please email me. This has pissed me off.
My apologies to anyone who's been wasting their time trying to download the
file.
