No... Still "noname"

I found that, dtmail will understand the name of the attachment if there
is a "name" field in Content-Type. 

For example:
-------------------------------------------------------
Content-Type: APPLICATION/octet-stream; name="plan.dat"
-------------------------------------------------------

The above stuff was generated by pine, while mutt generated the following:
--------------------------------------
Content-Type: application/octet-stream
--------------------------------------
which is not understandable by dtmail.
