Mutt-1.3.99 is available from <ftp://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/>. There should be no significant changes against 1.3.28, except for some minor bug fixes, and build fixes concerning environments which are iconv-impaired. Please test this versin thoroughly. It's, obviously, intended to be the Very Last Beta Before 1.4 (TM).
