Mutt doesn't try to be a one-prog solution. It tries to be the mail-reader
piece of your solution. It has some basic POP support that lets it read
mail on the pop server, and some old basic POP transfer support. If you
need to do any POP beyond the bare basic with Mutt, you should use another
program to get the mail so Mutt can read it.
