  I'm using GPG 1.0.6 with a keyserver wwwkeys.us.pgp.net.  Here's my
$pgp_getkeys_command:

pgp_getkeys_command="/usr/bin/gpg --recv-keys "%r" > /dev/null 2>&1"

  Of course, there are implied other flags to gpg from its options file,
so I'll go ahead and attach that.
