Mutt doesn't see that attachment as any different from any other one when it isn't verifying them, so no. You can use your new friend display-filter to gag those lines... you may get some false-positives though; your original message is a good example. Messages like that are rare though and the subject matter usually makes it obvious what they are talking about.
