My mutt only needs the .../etc/Muttrc (about 88k), .../lib/charset.alias
(1k), and the locale-specific language files. You can delete most of the
locale files, and the Muttrc file is unnecessary if your .muttrc covers
your settings, so I'm not sure there's more than 3-5 K of non-executable
stuff to store in your directory, assuming you keep using English. :)
