From: header quotes

Hi all.

I'm using qmail as MTA and QMAILINJECT variables to edit the headers of
my messages (MAILHOST, MAILUSER and MAILNAME). The 'problem' is that my
>From header shows between quotation marks ("). Is there any way to
avoid this. I want to send my headers like

From: Eduardo J. Gargiulo <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
