Update... I tried running with set pgp_encrypt_only_command="cat %f" Which, let's face it, should be able to produce something. However, when an 'encrypted' mail arrives, it just contains two attachments - the first is comments on the GPG format/version (as per the PGP/MIME spec), and the second attachment is approx. 8 blank lines, base-64 encoded. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm sure I must have done something stupid, but I'm tearing my hair out trying to work out what it is...
