Actually I didn't understand your above reply but worked it out anyway... For anyone reading this later... All you do is put anything in the to: field to begin with. Then after editing your message add the real alias to the bcc: field and then edit out the to: field with either nothing (that is make it blank) or TheGuys:; In the first case mutt adds "undisclosed recipients:;" in the to: field ps: The first behaviour mentioned in my original post can be obtained by a shell script using mailx so it sort of "can" happen :-) -- ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** Aleks L.
