You might not need the <kill-line> if you remove the space after the save
command (which you originally had as ;s).  It's worth checking out...

Meanwhile, if you're going to write such macros, you should probably
investigate the tag_conditional patch, which would let you only go
forward with the save if there are tagged messages.
