First, please do not include the whole digest in your posting; that was

Second, you should know that the mutt-users address is @mutt.org instead
of @gbnet.net; while mutt.org is hosted there and the address sometimes
leaks out, the mutt.org address is preferred.

You mean you want to move all messages over, say, a day old into another
folder?  You could use tag-pattern (section 4.2) to select those messages
received more than a day ago (~r <1d from 4.2.3) and then tag-prefix
(bound by default to ';') them and save (bound by default to 's') them
to some folder.
