Im running mandrake in mu LinuxBox, and I have tried to do like you
said. I have changed my LC_ALL to Indonesian -> "LC_ALL=id" But when I
try to run mutt again, no changes.

Great screenshot, oh ya bytheway Indonesian alphabet is like english
alphabet (a b c ...) no difference. And in your screenshot it seems that
you have different character (Russian?), so actually what is the
definition for localization? Do they change your character or do they
change the language?
