Unfortunately, that's part of what you get when one includes the
signature in the body, since it's in the body.

You'd have to go back to the index and hit esc-P to have mutt recognize
it as a pgp message and *then* reply rather than just replying from the
pager.  It's probably easier in the long run to have your editor strip
off embedded signatures so that you never have to see 'em.  Optionally,
I suppose, you could check for such and esc-P them with a tag-pattern
macro (preferably with Nicolas's $tag_conditional patch), but I don't
think you can undo an esc-P should you ever wish to and so making that
a folder-hook might not be the way to go.
