If you really want to read that email then, you can use 
w3m or lynx (for html) with hanterm (xterm with Hangul support).

Anyway "ks_c_5601-1987" is not correct encoding for korean lang, correct
one is "euc-kr".
Message with that header almost 99% is spam.
