one interesting thing is that evolution DOES use PGP/Mime for encryption... while it looks like it has fairly simple PGP / GnuPG support, it's good that they're not following outlook's brain damage to an extreme. that said i have a co-worker who uses it, and i wasn't super impressed when i tried it. w
