% Is it possible to save an outgoing to more than a single folder?
The short answer is "no". It has come up a few times before, including
in great detail within the past couple of months. Check the archives.
Care to figure out how to do it and submit the necessary patches? ;-)
I had the idea of using maildirs of symlinks pointing back into a single
master maildir to avoid duplication, but nobody responded (AFAIK), so I
guess it won't get coded (I sure don't know how to rewrite the fcc code!).
Other than always fcc-ing to a named pipe which feeds a script which is
smart enough to know how you'd like a message distributed, there's no way
to trap *all* of the information you'd see in a regular fcc, but a pretty
good suggestion was to put your sendmail program in a wrapper that
distributes copies (in addition to your single fcc) at send time.
%
% Also should not (or can not) the Bcc: details be saved in the loval
% folder - this is useful information.
It does. If you don't see it when you look at the message with mutt,
press 'h' to reveal all headers and see if it appears.
