Regardless of why mutt couldn't create a PGP subprocess (in this case, as it turns out, because PGP isn't installed) it is arguably a bug that it doesn't display the message body in the pager. Clearly it should show a big message at the top saying that PGP verification failed, but I think that then it should display the message. -Daniel -- Daniel E.
