--d6Gm4EdcadzBjdND Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable I've installed mutt from the ports collection using WITH_MUTT_NNTP (after trying and failing to get the hang of slrn...), and everything seems to have went well, but i'm running into a strange problem when i actually try to read news. I'm running leafnode locally, and mutt connects fine; gives the list of newsgroups when i press `i', lets me subscribe, shows how many are unread, everything. But as soon as i enter a newsgroup, mutt shows me an empty index. No messages whatsoever, even after every obvious way to make mutt display everything it can. Going back to the newsgroup browser shows that all articles seem to have been marked read. Pressing <uncatchup-all> brings back the full message count in the browser, but as soon as i try to re-enter the newsgroup, the articles just dissappear again, just like before. I think the problem is leafnode related, as mutt works perfectly on my ISP's news server.
