check your .muttrc - I have this:

set pgp_encrypt_sign_command="pgpewrap gpg --passphrase-fd 0 -v --batch
-o - --encrypt --sign %?a?-u %a? --armor --always-trust -- -r DC18C098
%r -- %f"

notice that it mentiones there my keyid (DC18C098), it encrypts both to
my key and to the recipient (%r I think)...
