using lists "array" in regex

Is it possible to apply all that comprise lists in the `lists' or
`subscribe' command to regex such as this

send-hook "~C mutt-users" 'set signature="echo Eric Smith|"'

So instead of explicitly specifying mutt-users, one may specify all
the lists in one statement.
