Hi, all --

...and then Ken Weingold said...
% I would like to try Cedric's patch, so I need to go from 1.2.5i to
% 1.3.20. No problem, but some of the patches that I normally use now
% don't work. I am not terribly familiar with writing patches, so I
% wonder if anyone here has converted any of the following for themseves
% for 1.3:

Heh. Since you mentioned it, I can add my list...

%
% patch-1.2.bj.status-time.1
% patch-0.94.7.sec.pager_status_on_top.1

using the old patchlist file to generate the list above and with
patches that needed some tweaking noted with "(DTG)". I know that DGC's
xlabel stuff is built in to 1.3, and I presume the deepif, hdrcolor and
pgp-hook-extension patches will work and that the compressed folders patch
set has been maintained, but I know that the rest will require some work
(in fact, reverse-reply may just have to be rewritten entirely, which
is *way* beyond me and not, IIRC, of interest to Sec).

I haven't yet checked maintainer source pages to see about updates, but I
haven't even pulled down a copy of 1.3 yet, either ;-) Any info would be
most welcome.

TIA & HAND
