I have this in my .muttrc file:
macro attach s <save-entry><bol>~/WINDOWS/<eol>
That prepends all my attachements with ~/WINDOWS/ so I can just tag them
and press <;><s><Enter> to save them (I have to hit Enter for each
attachement, but that's not too hard).
