There are a whole slew of shortcuts ... Press 'c' and then one of the
special characters and <enter>. The special characters I can think of
off the top of my head are:
- previous folder
! spoolfile
< outbox
> read mail
> Particularly, any clues as to how to get back to my default inbox
> fast? Right now it is quicker to quit and restart mutt
