another solution may be, to fix the problem at its source: But since you can't
fix Outlook (you aren't a MS-employee, are you? ;-) perhaps your mother would
switch to Eudora.
My son and my darling are MS-Win-user with pgpi for Windows (freeware), don't
ask me for the version.
I found Outlook _Express_ (as well as the german "T-Online Email" client)
having problems with pgp and Eudora (sponsored version) having none.
