RE: simple instructions to start

Now, thanks to Suresh I have a Mutt email reader up and running in a
basic configuration (one ISP and one e-mail address).

Unfortunately I'm receiving mail where accented characters so common in
Italian are substituted simply by '?'.

How can I fix it up?
