Hi all!
I don't know if I'm trying to do the impossible here, but I was
thinking that I don't really need to run postfix as a daemon, since I
use Fetchmail to get my e-mail, and give it directly to Procmail.
So what I'd like to do is that Postfix started up, sent my newly
composed e-mail, and went away again. I thought this was possible.
When I try it, Mutt reports that the message was sent, and "mailq"
reports that the message queue is empty. The e-mails are not leaving
my machine, however, but get sent when I start up Postfix again as a
daemon. Does anyone know what I need to do, is there a certain
parameter to give Postfix? I've read the documentation, but can't find
anything that seems to work.
TIA
Jesper
