No, actually Mr. Wade got it right. If you specify a list with
'subscribe', that means you are subscribed to the list and therefore
your personal email address should *not* be added to the
Mail-Followup-To: header. If it were, you would receive two copies of
any replies.

If you specify a list with 'list', that means you're not subscribed, so
your email address *should* be included in the Mail-Followup-To: header
in order for you to receive any replies.
