I do it like this in my muttrc, is there a better way, maybe one
that works for all subscribed lists with a single command?
subscribe mutt-users@
fcc-save-hook '~C mutt-users' =mutt-users
subscribe sawfish@
fcc-save-hook '~C sawfish' =sawfish
