Ok, that's wasn't insanely obvious to me.  From now on for anything file
related, I'll assume that I can try messing with the path a bit before I
cry for help.

Ahhhhh, you actually answered another question I had.  I did try setting
record to "+Sent".  Mutt reported an error: file does not exist
/home/todd/Mail/Sent.  I couldn't figure out why it was trying to write
there instead of /home/todd/nsmail/Sent.  If it says anywhere in the
odcs that the order of parameters is important, I overlooked it.
