You actually don't need one, in my experience; just tag-forward all of the
spams to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and wait for the reply containing all of the
submission URLs -- which you can then feed to urlview for reporting :-)

You said it.  In fact, I'm now banned from spamcop because in his
convolution a spamcop message itself got submitted to spamcop and
processed, with the net result that spamcop complained to its own ISP
about itself :-)  Julian told me so but could not present a trace of
the actual submission report ("I have a full record ... I just don't
know how you submitted it"), but instead only the report that comes
back down, so he couldn't ever prove to my satisfaction that it was my
screwup instead of his.  I have no interest in paying for the privilege
of spam reporting, so I just don't use spamcop anymore :-)
