Save-hook inside a folder-hook

I have the following that doesn't work:

folder-hook "IN.mutt" 'save-hook * =mutt'

When I'm reading "IN.mutt" and go to save a message, "IN.mutt" keeps
coming up as the default for that folder. Any ideas? Tia..
