Hi,

I can't seem to get the 'default' color setting to work properly
on Solaris.

Here's the color entry from my .muttrc
    color normal white default

Now this works fine on Linux, but on Solaris I get black for a default
color.

I tried setting TERM to linux and eterm, but that didn't help.
I also built the latest version of mutt (1.3.16), and that didn't help
(plus there's a small bug in 1.3.16 related to 'preconnect', that's a 
show-stopper for me, so I can't use 1.3.16).
