Eterm has the notion of `themes', and the `Mutt' theme has fancy graphical
menus. AFAIR eterm project can be found @ sourceforge, grab it, then
launch it w/ something like Eterm -t Mutt.
Also note that Eterm is much more fat then xterm for example, so fanciness
comes with the price.
If you want it only plain, use any X console like this:
xterm -e mutt
