Not that it is necessarily your problem at hand, but did some nervous
sysadmin, or config utility (linuxconf), or security proggy (something
doing something with the results of a Tripwire scan) decide it was no
longer a Good Thing to have mutt_dotlock(1) no longer be suid/sgid to
an appropriate UID or GID?  Did something change the UID/GID of
/home/murray/Mail?  Or the mode bits of same?
