Searching the man page and the help screen, I couldn't find a way to do
this directly, either. However, a workaround would be to type <esc>e
which will let you edit a copy of the current image. You could then
print from your editor.
I hear that a lot of improvements have been made to the development
version of w3m and that there will be another release soon. Maybe
printing will be among them.
Regarding trying to print an HTML attachment from within mutt: if you
are literally piping the attachment (using the command usually bound to
'|'), that won't work because when piping, mutt sends a raw copy of the
attachment through the pipe. Using the 'p' command from the attachment
menu should work just fine. You shouldn't have to do anything special
to print HTML if your mailcap works OK with the pager.
