Clicking on any of the [OK] fields on the Option screen seems to do it.

I've been using it for quite a while now, and I love it.  It has some
very nice features.  For example, you can pipe an e-mail message into it
from your mailer (I use mutt), then type a colon (:) and w3m will
convert any text that looks like a URL into a link so that you can
easily browse it.
