I'm using mutt under Win95/Cygwin.
When I finish composing a message, I am occasionally asked if I want to
update encoding.
Looking at the source code, it appears that it's asking me if I want to
convert between two different encodings.--is that 8-bit vs 7-bit?
However, I'm not certain what I may have inadvertantly set (or neglected
to set) in my .muttrc that would cause this to be true.
Is there a Stupid Windows Trick (tm) that I need to be aware of?
I'm using it under Solaris here, and don't get the query, so I'm
guessing the SWT is the case.
