Your script works great - for messages from old PGP! I tried it with GPG and
all mails in my outbox are ok, but all mails piped through your script end all
messed up. At least with my GPG V1.0.4.

With all encrypted messages my mutt (1.2.5i) says
[-- Error: malformed PGP/MIME message! --]
all signed messages end up with
[-- Error: Inconsistent multipart/signed structure! --]

Because your script should manipulate old PGP Messages only, you should either
patch your script or limit the procmail recipe to PGP.
I would do it myself but im not into perl. On the other side I dont see a way
to change the procmailrc because GPG and PGP are very similar...

I would like to see your script working, so please keep us updated. I know
this is a mutt list and off topic, but anyone using mutt and gpg could need
it.
