Nope.

The "full name" is already specified in the From: header.

This specifies the "envelope sender address", which is *not* part of
the headers.  Sendmail doesn't get the value from the message headers,
it uses the user's account name and the fully qualified hostname on
the computer it's running on, unless the address is specified with -f.
The original question was how to set the sender address (envelope
sender) to something else than the default value.

However, with an up-to-date Mutt (1.2 and later) you can just set
$envelope_from.  No need to play around with sendmail command line
switches.  (Mutt still uses -f internally, though...)
