Hmm, ok. Strange.
Can you get any folder-hooks to execute at all? Does
folder-hook . set sort=threads
for example? If that works, and you do a "folder-hook mutt", can you
make it execute? You could put some garbage command in and see if you
get an error message when you enter the folder?
