Er, there was just an interesting discussion on the qmail list about
installing a /dev/gf0 (or /dev/bf0, whichever applies). You might want
to explore that option if you find yourself dreaming of software.... :-)

Oh. You want to know how? <grin>

Make sure you have your "alternates" set up correctly (a regular
expression that recognizes all of your email addresses). Then set
"reverse_name". Make sure you don't have any "my_hdr From: blah blah",
which will override the "reverse_name" setting.
