If setting edit_hdrs doesn't do it for you (I just put the fcc right in
the headers as I start my message if I have a special case, including the
'^' current-folder shortcut), perhaps binding 'm' to a macro that goes
into the compose menu, goes into your editor, and then pushes an 'f' to
bring up the fcc selection would get the job done for you.
Certainly faster, for one such as I, than hacking the source :-)
