This sounds like a great idea, but unfortunately it doesn't work.
When I press 'a' it leads to:
-- Mutt: Compose
Attach file: <toggle-disposition>
I guess the macro would have to wait for text between <attach-file> and
<toggle-disposition>. Is that possible somehow?
