Well, the easy way is:

  my_hdr From: Dave Morse <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Or, if you have Mutt 1.2 or later, I'll recommend:

  set [EMAIL PROTECTED]
  set realname="Dave Morse"

  set reverse_name

This requires that your $alternates setting correctly matches all your
own email addresses.  It also works with "set from=...", but it won't
work with "my_hdr From: ...".
