Look for the section on 'bind'. It describes how to bind a keystroke
to a specified action. It just so happens that the default setup binds
F1 (0xffbe) to the Eterm menu but it could be easily changed by
modifying the theme file. They are usually in
/usr/local/share/Eterm/themes/<blah>/theme.cfg
