Hmmm... You are otherwise successfully using the patch, then? That's an
interesting condition; I wonder how the current folder would evaluate
if there just plain isn't one, as you describe here.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is to either create
a special muttrc that sources your regular one and then resets the fcc
and use that on the commandline or to actually set the header on the
command line; in either case, you'd probably want to create an alias that
makes all of this easier to do.

You might also hack the code to set a default value for ^ in the event
that the current folder is undefined ... or ask Byrial if he might ;-)
