When receiving emailes encoded with the iso-8859-1 charset, I am
seeing octal notation in place of the characters in the pager. These
characters range from \240 (a non-breaking space) to \351 (an acute e)
which I can manually input (like so : é) and see correctly on my
machine. Locale on the machine is set to en and same in .muttrc, but
it still does it if I set locale to C or en_US. So, the question is:
What have I done to misconfigure this?
